Springboard is Highdive’s summer internship program.

For ten weeks, our program seeks to give individuals the opportunity to explore a career in the advertising industry and really get their feet wet.

Over the course of the summer, our interns will learn what it means to be a Highdiver. We believe people learn by doing. So that means involvement in real client projects, immersion in agency life, and a chance to experience why we embrace productivity and positivity as our core values.

We’re looking for fearless doers and thinkers who are willing to dive into the deep end.

Descriptions

Account Managers: Bridge the gap between clients and the agency, ensuring campaigns meet objectives and deadlines.

Art Directors: Create compelling visual concepts that bring campaign ideas to life.

Copywriters: Craft persuasive and engaging written content for advertisements and marketing materials.

Strategists: Analyze data and trends to develop impactful campaign strategies.

Producers: Oversee the production process, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.

The Deadline:

Applications for the 2026 Springboard program are due:
Sunday, February 22nd, 2026 at 11:59pm (CT).

Program Dates:

June 1st – August 7th

Eligibility Requirements:

We prefer our interns to be in person as much as possible, so being willing and able to be in Chicago for the summer is required. However, as with full time employees, interns will be hybrid with the flexibility for virtual work. If you are interested and willing to relocate for the summer, feel free to apply!

Not sure if you can make it to Chicago for the summer? You’re still welcome to apply but know that it’s unlikely we will be able to support a remote internship.

Please note: Housing will not be provided.
