One of Business Insider’s Top 25 Most Creative People In Advertising, Mark’s work is recognized around the world. He was formerly Executive Creative Director at DDB Chicago where he led Bud Light, Mars Wrigley, Capital One and other iconic brands. His most notable work includes Bud Light’s “Real Men Of Genius” which is the most awarded radio campaign in history. In addition to being one of the few ad men honored with an Emmy Award, Mark has also delivered five #1 spots on the USA Today Super Bowl Ad Meter, including this year’s “Groundhog Day” for Jeep. Mark was recently honored as one of Adweek’s Creative Top 100. Fun Fact: he grew up in a “plumbing supply family.”

Chad Broude

Prior to founding Highdive, Chad earned the position of DDB Chicago’s youngest creative director. His work has been awarded at almost every major show. His most notable work at DDB included creating State Farm’s “Discount Double Check” campaign with Aaron Rodgers and Capital One’s March Madness partnership with the scene-stealing Charles Barkley. Chad is responsible for the acclaimed work Highdive has done on behalf of Jeep including the fully-integrated, 360 “Summer of Jeep” 2019 campaign with Jeremy Renner and this year’s USA Today Super Bowl Ad Meter winner “Groundhog Day.” Chad was recently honored as one of Adweek’s Creative Top 100. 

Megan Lally

When it comes to cutting through nonsense, identifying the core issue and formulating a plan to solve it, Megan is unrivaled. She puts this invaluable skill to use for both clients and Highdive every day. Megan got her start on the client side and brought that perspective to lead successful teams at DDB and Leo Burnett. From beer to banking and running shoes to real estate, Megan’s work has led to award-winning creative for Jeep, Rocket Mortgage, Bud Light, State Farm, Donate Life America, Allstate and Fifth Third Bank. In addition to her client leadership role, Megan is Highdive’s maestro, orchestrating thinking and action to ensure we perform at our best for our clients. She was recently honored as one of AdAge’s “40 Under 40.”

Louis Slotkin

Managing Partner

Louis is best known for successfully leading progressive teams through times of change. In the words of one of his clients, “Louis often sees things others don’t.” It’s not mentalism. Louis just loves helping companies and people better understand their inner workings. Previously as EVP at Leo Burnett, Louis led the Invesco, Fifth Third Bank and Kraft Heinz businesses. His business acumen and marketing savvy have helped catapult Highdive’s organic and new business growth. Perhaps because he’s fluent in French or maybe because he’s willing to try anything once, you’d be hard pressed to find someone more passionate about finding communications solutions to marketing problems.

Kaley is most excited when she is blazing trails and tackling client’s next-to-impossible business challenges. From her work on Jeep and Ram Trucks – everything from Super Bowl spots to social posts – to private banking for Fifth Third Private Bank, Kaley has consistently demonstrated her ability to challenge convention, forge innovative partnerships and drive performance. Kaley was christened Account Savant by one of her clients and has contributed immeasurably to Highdive’s success.

Not a ballerina. Not an astronaut. From a very young age, Jen dreamed of being a producer. She began realizing her dream in production at Leo Burnett and then it flourished across top Chicago agencies where she has had the chance to work with countless A-list directors and production companies. Jen has delivered high-quality fully-integrated campaigns at every budget level. Such expertise led her to often be called upon as a cost consultant, guiding clients to the best, most efficient results. Jen has produced work for Jeep, Nintendo, Kimberly Clark, State Farm and Kellogg’s. Her Super Bowl work includes Michelob Ultra and our much-heralded “Groundhog Day” for Jeep and “Comfortable” for Rocket Mortgage in the 2020 Super Bowl.
